When you request a quote, we collect your name, contact details, job address, job description and any photos you upload. We use this information only to prepare your quote, schedule and complete your job, and keep you updated about it.

We never sell your information. Photos and job details are stored securely and are only visible to our team, and to you through the private links we send you.

Emails we send relate directly to your quote requests, quotes, jobs and invoices. If we add text-message updates, they will also relate only to your job (for example, letting you know we're on the way).
